ABC Stone Client Appreciation Dinner Recap

We are extremely grateful to all those who attended the ABC Stone Client Appreciation Dinner, Cooking Class & Wine Pairing on the evening of Wednesday, October 3rd, 2018, at the Institute for Culinary Education in Lower Manhattan. There, guests were treated to a menu of Blini with Eggplant “Caviar”, Sweet Potato Gnocchi with Brown Butter, Grilled NY Strip Steak with Sweet and Spicy Pepperonata, and a Pumpkin Tartlet.
